We collect only the data necessary to provide our service: your email address, Stripe account metadata (via OAuth, never raw credentials), and aggregated subscription metrics. We do not collect individual customer payment details.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide churn prediction scoring, intervention recommendations, and account management. We never sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
