How often do risk scores update?

Scores are recalculated once per day at midnight UTC using the latest data from your Stripe account.

What data do you store?

We only store customer email addresses, subscription status, and computed risk scores. We never store raw payment card data, billing addresses, or personal identifiable information beyond email.

Can I export my data?

Yes! You can export a full CSV of all your customers and their current risk signals from the Dashboard at any time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Dashboard > Billing. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
